The 6 - 9 months program includes a rigorous schedule of Webinars, Mentoring and Coaching Sessions with Cosmo Leaders, Self-Paced Learning and Assignments in addition to the Project Management for the Learning Program Initiatives and Projects across Functional and Cross-Functional Teams. These High Potentials and Top Performers on successful completion of the program become Harvard Certified Future Business Leaders.
